I hold a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and am currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied AI Solutions Development at George Brown College. FIRC Energy is a startup in energy, trading, and industrial solutions, focused on sourcing, procurement, and supply chain for industrial, automotive, and renewable sectors, with R&D in next-generation battery technologies.
- Leading full-stack development in a startup environment, shipping internal tools and integrations that support sourcing, procurement, and day-to-day operations across energy, trading, and industrial programs.
- Building and maintaining software alongside R&D in next-generation battery technologies, iterating fast as an early-stage team refocuses and priorities shift.
- Owning IT work alongside engineering in a lean startup: internal systems, integrations, troubleshooting, and keeping tooling reliable without a large dedicated ops bench.
Full-stack Developer
RS Design Construction & Consultancy Inc
- Built and deployed an on-prem internal web app (React + Node/Express + PostgreSQL) centralizing projects, permits, clients, and attachments with cookie-based auth.
- Designed a Postgres schema and a Python/Pandas ETL for migrating messy Excel workbooks to a centralized DB, with staged parsers, rule-based validation, and LLM-assisted normalization for edge cases.
- Implemented indexed search and per-project attachment tagging, cutting average document retrieval time and improving first-try success for staff.
- Added optimistic concurrency (row version checks), compliance guardrails, and regular DB backups to improve data integrity and recoverability.
Controls Systems Engineer / Full-stack Developer

- Received the highest Systems Acceptance Review score in University history at 97%, propelling TMU into the Top 30 among 102 teams worldwide to compete in the University Rover Challenge. Improved ranking to 15th.
- Implemented "differential driving" mechanism, optimizing controller usage and enabling additional motor primitives.
- Developed a React frontend (MUI + Tailwind) with a Python/WebSocket backend for telemetry and command communication.
- Developed firmware and an auto-started Linux data-ingestion pipeline for sensor capture and onboard processing.
